A pre-order item refers to a product that is not yet available at the time of purchase.

Cancellation: Allowed within 7 days after order is placed.

Refund: 80% of payment made will be offered.

When you placed order for a crowdfunding (i.e. Kickstarter/Gamefound/BackerKit) project through Geekster, please note that it comes with the same risks as backing it directly yourself. If the project isn't fulfilled and we've already sent the funds to the publisher, we won't be able to offer a refund. However, if the funds haven't been transferred yet and the project can't go ahead for any reason, we'll gladly issue you a refund.
